Musician, healer, creator and activist, Sarah has been leading men, women and couples through altered states for 20 years individually and in groups. Working with plant consciousness, plant medicine and homeopathy for complex mental, emotional, physical and spiritual disease for long and short casework Sarah has also facilitated and guided hundreds of journeys using hypnosis, creative visualisation, plant medicine and music, working with powerful intention and ongoing integration.

Currently an integration specialist for Mindleap Health and a beta tester for Wavepaths, experience as medicine and relationship and sexual health editor for Onolla. As an activist she has spoken at the NHS and the UN on topics of sustainable healthcare, complementary medicine and womens equality, involved with the Womens Equality Party and as a popular figure in the UK press for sex equality and female empowerment.

Sarah has worked in education for over 30 years and currently writes and facilitates her own programs of wellness for individuals, women, couples and mixed groups on and offline. She has transfered her many years as a professional classical violin performance to creating music journeys using generative music from Wavepaths. She is creative director for Beautiful Space, relationship wellness, her own brand of healthcare for intimacy, purpose and plant medicine.

The many disciplines of philosophy and spirituality interwoven into her work, come from the deep roots of her inherited Asian history. Unraveling the story of her childhood has been a life long quest into shamanism, taoism, human consciousness and attachment theory.
