Cord cutting is a well known spiritual practice.

The practice of cord cutting helps to release energetic ties we have with people/ behavior, take back energy that has been lost, and gain a stronger a sense of self and restablish healthy boundaries.

Come with a curious, open mind and heart, and an intention to release a person/ people/ behaviour. All emotions are welcomed.

You are free to participate to the level you feel comfortable with and will never be forced to do anything you don't want to.
